General Terms and Conditions
Responsible use: The guest agrees to use the accommodation and its furnishings appropriately, respecting the building's community rules. Parties or events are strictly prohibited, and smoking inside the property is not allowed.
Emergency access: The company may access the apartment only in the event of serious incidents (water leaks, fire, alarm activation, etc.) if the guest does not respond within a maximum period of 15 minutes.
Security deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for all reservations and must be paid exclusively by bank card for security and administrative efficiency reasons. The deposit will be refunded to the same payment method within a maximum of 7 calendar days after departure, provided the accommodation is left in good condition and no pending incidents require review. For stays longer than 3 months, the maximum refund period will be 60 calendar days. The company will not refund security deposits by bank transfer, except where it is technically impossible to return the funds to the original payment method.
Check-out: The departure time will be confirmed for each reservation. Exceeding the agreed check-out time by more than 6 hours authorizes the company to disconnect utilities and charge any costs arising from preventing the arrival of new guests.
Payment and guarantee: Amounts up to €300 may be paid by credit or debit card. For amounts exceeding €300, payment must be made by bank transfer unless the company expressly authorizes another payment method. When applicable, the card provided by the guest may be used as a guarantee until all outstanding amounts have been collected.
Cancellation: The cancellation policy indicated at the time of booking shall apply.
Data protection: Guest data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and solely for the management of the stay, compliance with legal obligations, and traveller registration requirements.
