General Conditions
Responsible use: The guest agrees to use the accommodation and its furnishings properly, respecting the building’s community rules. Parties or events are strictly forbidden, and smoking is prohibited indoors.
Emergency access: The company may enter the apartment only in case of serious incidents (water leak, fire, alarm activation, etc.) if the guest does not respond within 15 minutes.
Damage deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. It will be returned within 72 hours after check-out, provided the accommodation is in good condition. The deposit may cover damages, lost keys, or extra cleaning, according to the rental agreement.
Check-out: The departure time will be confirmed with each reservation. Exceeding the indicated time by more than 6 hours authorizes the company to cut utilities and charge costs resulting from delaying the next guest’s entry.
Payment and guarantee: Payment is made exclusively by credit or debit card, according to the chosen rate. The credit card will be used as a guarantee until the charge is completed.
Cancellation: The policy indicated at the time of booking applies.
Data protection: Guest data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and used solely for managing the stay and mandatory traveller registration.
